Here is a small tip for the new internet marketers trying to earn some money with Google Adsense on their web sites or blogs. Start using Google Adwords to target the high paying ads on your content pages.
If you have ever used Google Adwords then you know they have a keyword suggestion tool that provides great information about alternate keywords, average cost per click, advertiser competition, and search volume. Just like the picture below where I used the keyword Adsense:

Notice how adsense is more than adsense keywords. We would want to target for those higher paying keywords. Not only is this information great for people running adword ads, but it’s great for us site owners to determine which ads we want ran on our sites.
Farther down the screen you will come to the other suggested keywords:

Notice how some of these keywords are averaging even higher amounts per click. Also, many of these keywords are misspellings of the original keywords. The keyword adsense is averaging $10.05 per click where as the keyword ad sense is averaging $13.06. These are the keywords that you might want to target in your content so you are getting the higher paying ads shown on your site.
Next time you write an article be sure and target the higher keywords. Track the results and see if your earnings begin to increase.
If you don’t like to do the research then you can visit Keyword Explosion to get a list of all the highest paying keywords…some paying up into the $70 range!
